As far as Violet Evergarden is concerned well Wikipedia does say that Netflix has the rights to the same whereas original network or broadcasting rights in Japan belongs to Tokyo MX TVA ABC etc. The 13 episodes of the series are created by Kyoto Animation and illustrated by Akiko Takase.
But what counts as original because most of these have source materials unless it means that Netflix licensed them first.
